Doug Riggs has over 25 years of public outreach experience. Doug grew up in Redmond, Oregon, as the son of a local Mayor. After serving as a Legislative Director in the U.S. House of Representatives, Doug returned to Oregon. In his home state, he has worked with local governments, focused on health care system reform, Medicaid funding, economic development and other issues.
Corey Barber grew up in Eugene, Oregon, and has been politically active as long as she can remember. She has spent several years supporting health care, social services and other clients at the Oregon State Legislature. She now lives in Berlin, Germany, where helps clients communicate strategically and advocate for their issues effectively.

Emma Innes recently graduated from Willamette University where she edited The Collegian newspaper. She has worked as a political canvasser and served as a legislative intern for an Oregon State Representative.

Iris Maria Chavez also partners with NWPA and our Oregon Workforce Partnership client. She runs Equity Action Partners. She began her policy career in the education sector in Washington, D.C. In Oregon, she specializes in community engagement, policy and legislative analysis, government relations and strategic communications in the public service and social justice sector.
