Doug Riggs has over 25 years of public outreach experience. Doug grew up in Redmond, Oregon, as the son of a local Mayor. After serving as a Legislative Director in the U.S. House of Representatives, Doug returned to Oregon. In his home state, he has worked with local governments, focused on health care system reform, Medicaid funding, economic development and other issues.

 

Corey Barber grew up in Eugene, Oregon, and has been politically active as long as she can remember.  She has spent several years supporting health care, social services and other clients at the Oregon State Legislature. She now lives in Berlin, Germany, where she helps clients communicate strategically and advocate for their issues effectively.

Kelli McKnight worked for Options Counseling and Family Services for over 31 years, most recently as the CEO. Kelli has active connections with Oregon legislators through attendance at committee
hearings, participation in work groups, and providing oral and written testimony at targeted
hearings. In addition, Kelli is the chair of the Health Care Workforce Committee through the
Oregon Health Authority and a member of the Child Welfare League of America’s federal
policy committee.
